Limitations

Seat limits are enforced per plan: Starter up to 10 users, Team up to 20 users, Enterprise unlimited.

Monthly usage allowance is enforced in GB. If the monthly cap is reached, new bundle generation pauses until storage is freed or an add-on is purchased.

Storage allowance is measured across the firm's stored bundle data, not as a strict page count per bundle.

No page-count limit is enforced per bundle, but very large scanned files consume more GB allowance faster.

GB Allowance In Simple Words

Your GB allowance is your firm's monthly storage budget for active bundle data. It is not a fixed page limit. The number of pages you can store depends on document quality, scans, and media size.

Approximate examples for end users

Small bundle (~250 pages)

Typically 5–50 MB for standard PDFs; can reach up to 150 MB if scanned documents are included.

Large bundle (~1,000 pages)

Typically 20–200 MB for standard PDFs; can reach 600 MB+ if heavily scanned or includes media files.

Example: Starter Plan (£15/month)

Starter plan includes approximately 62 GB per month. Here's how many bundles you could store:

  • Small bundles (5–50 MB each): approximately 1,200–12,400 small bundles per month
  • Large bundles (20–200 MB each): approximately 310–3,100 large bundles per month
  • Mixed usage: a realistic firm mix of both small and large bundles would typically fit 500–2,000 active bundles

Practical tip: Delete bundles that are no longer needed. When old bundles are removed, the used GB is reduced and that storage becomes available again. Only firm administrators can permanently delete bundles via the admin panel.

Media Evidence Workflows

Video and audio evidence can be included inside your bundle workflow so teams can reference them from the same case context, reducing separate file handovers and avoiding USB-based transfer dependencies.
