A continuous page numbering bundle uses uninterrupted pagination without dividing documents into sections. On the All Bundles page, open the bundle template dropdown next to Create New Bundle (it shows Blank Bundle by default). Select "Continuous Bundle (No Sections)" first, then click "Create New Bundle". Choose this option before creating the bundle, then upload and arrange your documents in the order you want them to appear.
This usually means the PDF is encrypted or protected. Re-upload the file, but before you do that, open the original PDF and use Print as PDF. That process will flatten the file and usually removes the issue causing blank pages in the bundle.
That usually means the metadata has not been saved after you amended the party details or hearing information. After updating the names or date, click the green SAVE METADATA button so the bundle uses the real case details instead of the default Applicant v Respondent placeholder.
You can leave Bundle Title Prefix blank, but if you need two bundles for the same client, for example a core bundle and an evidence bundle or a supplementary bundle, you can specify that there to distinguish them from each other. This will also be reflected on each bundle title page.
Yes. Once you create a flattened version of the document, upload the corrected PDF back into the bundle and replace the problematic file.
The bundle preview only updates after generation. If you remove a document, click Generate Bundle again, then use the Preview Bundle button at the top to view the latest version.
Use the custom name option. That allows you to type any section name you need if the predefined section list does not contain the right one.
An empty section is only a placeholder. You need to upload at least one document into that section for it to appear in the generated bundle and index.
No. Video and audio evidence can be included inside the bundle and will be played on click from the bundle page, so there is no need to send them separately.
