Monthly and annual billing are available. The price for your chosen billing period is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no setup fees.
Team Seats
A team seat is one user account in your firm. Starter: up to 10 team seats; Team: up to 20 team seats; Enterprise: unlimited team seats. The limit is checked when a firm administrator adds a user. To add more users than your plan allows, move to a larger plan.
How Storage Works
Storage allowance covers all data your firm keeps in Bundle-B at one time, not a monthly upload allowance or a page limit. This includes uploaded documents, exhibits and generated bundles.
Storage use is measured automatically at least once a day. Firm administrators can see current use and the allowance in the firm admin area. The allowance applies to each calendar month.
If your firm's stored data goes over the allowance, generating new bundles is paused. To continue, you can:
- delete bundles you no longer need,
- buy a one-off storage add-on for the current month, or
- move to a larger plan for a bigger ongoing allowance.
A storage add-on increases your allowance for the current calendar month only. It is a one-off payment, not a subscription. The additional allowance is shown before payment.
When a firm administrator permanently deletes a bundle, its files are removed. The freed storage is reflected in the next usage recalculation. Bundles deleted by other users are kept for at least 30 days so an administrator can restore them. They count towards storage until they are permanently removed.
7-Day Free Trial
Each new firm can activate one 7-day free trial after registering. No card is required. The trial gives full access to Bundle-B with the Starter storage allowance.
When the trial ends, your account is suspended automatically and nothing is charged, because no payment details are collected. Choose a plan at any time to continue.
Cancellation
A firm administrator can cancel from the Subscription & storage page in the firm admin area, or you can email us to cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your firm keeps access until then. You can undo a cancellation before the period ends.
Partial billing periods are not refunded automatically. Refund requests are considered case by case, as set out in our Terms of Service.
